The History

Founded 1119. Dissolved 1312.
Reborn 2026.

The Order of the Temple existed for fewer than two hundred years, yet left nine centuries of architecture, heraldry and myth. 1119 carries that inheritance the way it deserves: precisely, quietly, with pride. We know our history. The garments simply let us wear it.

1119

Nine knights vow to protect pilgrims on the roads to Jerusalem. The Order of the Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon is founded.

1139

The papal bull Omne datum optimumgrants the Order independence. Its network of houses becomes medieval Europe's first international finance system.

1307

Friday 13 October. Philip IV of France orders the arrest of the Templars — the beginning of the end, and of the legend.

1312

The Council of Vienne dissolves the Order. Its seal — two riders on one horse — survives on our woven labels.

2026

Nine hundred years on, the mark returns. The first collection — made once, numbered, worn with quiet pride.

Non nobis, Domine,
non nobis, sed nomini
tuo da gloriam.
"Not to us, Lord, not to us, but to your name give the glory."
Psalm 115 · The motto of the Order
The list

First in line, first to wear it

Every piece is made once, in a limited numbered run. The list is where it begins — those on it see the collection first, and reserve before anyone else.

No noise. One email when reservations open, one when they close.

Fall 2026 — Limited to the run

The Craft

Quality you feel before you see it

Raised embroidery

The cross stands off the fabric — dense, sculpted stitching you can trace with a fingertip. Every piece is inspected by hand before it ships.

Weight you can feel

Thick, brushed cotton that holds its shape wash after wash. These are garments made to be worn for a decade, not a season.

One red rule

A single element in deep Templar red on each garment. The rest matches the fabric, tone on tone — visible only up close. Restraint is the design.

The seal inside

The Order's seal appears only on the woven neck label and the debossed hang tag. Never printed large. Never shouted.

Worn quietly, across Europe. For those who don't need to explain it.

The next collection — Concilium

The list decides what comes next

Three directions for the next collection. One will be made. Tell us where to go — thumbs up, thumbs down, on each. Quietly, like everything else here.

Next collection candidate: The Lining
The Lining

The Order's banner — black and white — hidden inside the hood. Seen only by the wearer.

Next collection candidate: The Crewneck
The Crewneck

The same weight, no hood. A quieter silhouette for those who need even less.

Next collection candidate: The Motto
The Motto

The full vow, stitched along the forearm in Templar red. The loudest we will ever be.

Rate each direction — quietly. The count is revealed when the vote closes.

Shipping, sizing & returns

How does a reservation work?
You reserve now; nothing is charged today. Each piece is made once and numbered, and your card is charged only when it ships. Change your mind before then? One email is enough.
Where do you ship?
Across Europe. The collection ships from Norway once the run is complete — you hear from us the moment your piece is on its way. Delivery is typically 2–4 working days in the Nordics and 3–7 working days in the rest of Europe. Shipping is free on reservations over €150.
How does sizing run?
True to size with a relaxed cut on the hoodie and a regular cut on the tee. Between sizes? Size up on the hoodie, stay on the tee. The measurement chart goes to the list before reservations open.
What is the return policy?
30 days, free returns within the EU/EEA. Garments must be unworn with the hang tag attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
How do I care for the embroidery?
Wash inside out at 30°C, no tumble drying, no ironing directly on the stitching. Treated this way, the embroidery outlasts the decade we built the garment for.
When is the next collection?
New collections are announced to the list first. Each collection is limited to its production run — once a size sells out, it stays out.
